Ok Are they actually using the sound of radio static as percussion in this terrible music? Or is it just crap sound ? Starts around 18:00-20:00 minutes, it is super annoying. It cannot be good music like that, please don't ever try to make music like that.
Yeah, I wonder if that sword is just going to fall out of the story now and never come up again. I was disappointed when Constantine show got cancelled so it was cool for the legends to do something specifically about him. This show is always better when Sara Lance is in charge. Her girlfriend can go back to HQ it wouldn't much make a difference. Her personality would fit with Ray perfectly. Other than her sexual preference, that is. Good episode still. I love this seasons new personality of the sister, the ditz that is actually super smart.
I have a bad feeling Jimmy's girl is going to get iced this season. It is the final season. Jimmy was afraid of these guys in breaking bad. I worried for her cause she is so cool. I just have expectations of a terrible tragedy coming soon. I think the guy Tico from breaking bad came to town because of a relative that died, probably the guy that runs the taco place.
Quite an entertaining, as well as action-packed, episode of “ZeroZeroZero”, Season 1 Episode 2, S01E02, entitled ‘Tampico Skies’ I believe. I forgot to mention in my prior review, that a big portion of this series is shot in New Orleans, Louisiana, aka NOLA; not only some beautiful scenery, but also this episode demonstrates the corruption so rampant of the drug cartels in Mexico, including the Mexican Army Special Forces battalions.
Movie starring Michael Douglas, “Traffic”, which has three different storylines, which are shot in three different colors in order to allow the viewers to know which storyline is airing at any given time. Gabriel Byrne plays a wealthy Shipment Mogul, who is the middle man between a drug cartel in Mexico City and Monterrey, Mexico, and another to families, who are the mob figures in Italy, Cantalabria, I believe. I think the title is in reference to a scale, which Tares at 0, since all involved play some part in the weighing process and others in the shipping process.
“The Rookie: Day of Death”, Season 2 Episode 11 (S02E11), is an incredibly fast-paced, and well-charged, Spring Series Comeback for Nathan Fillion, et al. My expectations were undoubtedly met, succeeding in so many ways. From Production, Editing, and Filming Location selection were all top notch, for this series of unrivaled proportions. The Rookie is personally one of my favorite shows in current production, and I hope we can look forward to many more seasons of this exciting Police Procedural. Worth watching, just saying.
as far as flash back episodes go this was a great take on one, loved the whole thing, the writing and the overall story was pretty solid. Makes me wonder if they changed writers or something, not sure if they can Redeem them selves or not
well, it didn't suck too much this time, but alice is still dragging the show down too much, i think she is no joker. any way i think they are trying to fix the writing but may be too little too late but we will see. I like the live day parts, and she still is not in costume enough, but that is ok i guess. They really need to break the claustrophobic feel as if it is all on a stage and do more location shots and some day time stuff as well.
Mark you showed me this one from your first review. Have not disagreed with anything you said so far. It does have a kind of pulp fiction feel, you forgot to mention the outrageous comedy it contains, the animals, the old guy during mayors speech, Elvis Jr. It is in a subtle way very funny imo. My theory of the end of this episode is that the stolen weapon cache had these top secret drones, (in reality the each had to be controlled by someone). I think the guy that picked her up and stole them just sent them after the rich guy
well then, a cyberman, guess they had to do something to boost ratings, and bringing an couple old villains always does the trick. I think this is the first one of this doctor that is decently done in a while, well can't wait to see how it shakes out.
“Briarpatch”, starring Rosario Dawson & Edi Gathegi, continues to be an excellent new surprise television series. Shot with a quasi-Quentin Tarantino format, this show thus far brings many different genres, sub-plots & twists within every episode, from Adventure, Drama, Mystery & Suspense, to a taste of Sci-Fi & Deep State Government, most notably in Season 1 Episode 3, aka, S01E03. I personally have several theories as to the ending of this episode, and would enjoy talking it out here, rather than jump over to Reddit. Anybody have their own perspectives as to what happened at the end, and perhaps where this show is taking us next? Cheers, Mark
Intelligence (2020) is a brazen take on how Americans have the notoriety for demonstrating a lack of respect in other countries. Playing the overly confident and somewhat under-qualified new liaison from the NSA, a boisterous and downright hilarious, David Schwimmer, Ross from “Friends”, for those unaware. Also, Nick Mohammed, Joseph, who Jerry (Schwimmer) thinks is his Personal Assistant, only because he’s the only person who seems to have taken a keen interest in having his former “email buddy”. Nick Mohammed is the Creator of the show, which reminds me quite a bit of “The Office”, both US & UK versions. Thus far, too funny to not keep Binge Watching.
